- Preco can laminate in line, bypassing the need to rewind the material, eliminating any off line processing that may cause wrinkling of the PSA liner.
- Accurate control of cutting depth via the powered Micrometer Ram Adjustment increases steel rule die life.
- Programmable cutting depth. The Micrometer RAM Adjustment on the press can be set to drop the tool to .001" (0.0254 mm) after a set number of cuts to compensate for die wear.
- 13” x 20“ press allows for cutting discs up to 12”
- Capable of handling material widths up to 60”
- Quick die changes in seconds without tools via swing away inbound roll feed and pneumatic quick change steel rule die clamps.
- Controlled slug removal using feed through punches via vacuum chamber above the die.
