Preco's MTS series screen printer featuring the patented AutoCentric™ moving table system and Vantage™ x-y-theta method of image registration. This combination encourages the most dimensionally stable and accurate printing process available.

Pass-to-pass print accuracy is as precise as +/- .0015" (+/- 40 microns). We rely on the quality of fiducials, either made with the first print or marked ahead of time, to be captured optically by two cameras.

Each print is treated as unique, so that achieving image alignment has more to do with the image itself than it does with finding an edge or a reference hole. The degree of table flatness is +/- .001" for every 12 inches (+/- 25 microns for every 300 mm). It's the first line of defense for controlling the uniformity of ink deposition, a major requirement for most industrial screen printing.

The Preco MTS Series screen printing equipment line meets stringent European CE requirements and all necessary United States electrical standards.

Drying options include hot air, UV, conductive heat, infrared, and custom configurations according to the requirements of your process. Preco provides solutions for evaporative, thermal curing, and UV photo-initiating ink formulations.

Preco manufactures tower convection dryers with integrated conductive heating, as well as supplying zonal temperature control. Infrared Preconditioning of the web is also available. Preco works with several manufacturers of ultraviolet irradiation equipment in order to provide the correct treatment for the application.
