Preco Will Open New Plant to Expand Contract Manufacturing Capabilities
A newly purchased facility in Hudson, Wisconsin will soon become Preco's new Medical and Precision Converting (MPC) center. The new plant will increase the size of Preco's current clean room capacity and significantly expand Preco's capacity for non-industrial Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS) when it opens in the fourth quarter.

For the past ten years, the laser industry has seen the introduction of a variety of diode based laser sources. Preco has been actively adding advanced new beam delivery components into its laser processing equipment to complement this new technology.

Critical parts for some of Preco's most popular processing equipment are in-stock and ready to ship. "This is another service we provide to support our customers," says Kyle Sommer, Part Sales Coordinator. "By stocking some of these critical components and consumable parts, we can reduce lead times and keep our customers up and running."
