The R/T 1000 Laser Cell is more than just a laser welding machine. It is one of the first “standard” multi-purpose laser machine tools designed specifically for laser welding, laser cladding, laser heat treating and specialty laser cutting applications.
The R/T 1000 will process round, tubular, rectangular or flat components within a typical work envelope of 60” wide by 24” deep and by 12” high. The cantilevered X axis design provides a compact footprint with easy access for manual or automatic loading and unloading.
The R/T 1000 has a fully unitized sub frame structure to maintain alignment and positional accuracy and integrity of the complete machine tool. The R/T is designed to meet both CDRH Class I and CE fully enclosed workstation standards.
Laser beam configurations include: Single beam in fixed position, single beam mounted on a 0 to 60” X axis, two beams in fixed position, and two beams with 0 to 30” X axis range of motion.
Motion configurations include: Single or dual vertical rotary table, single or dual horizontal rotary table, single or dual tilting two axis trunnion rotary table, linear Y axis stage, Z axis with 0 to 6” of travel or 0 to 12” of travel, tilting Z axis or rotary Z axis.
The R/T 1000 is a multi axis system that operates on a user friendly PC based Windows format. The unit is easy to operate and easy to maintain and is fully integrated into the selected laser option and has remote and on board diagnostics as a standard.
The R/T 1000 will any power level of C02, Nd:YAG, Fiber, Direct Diode or UV laser. Actual laser type and power level selections are based on application and production requirements
