High Speed Fiber Laser Cutting
This system is fully enclosable and configured with 2 shuttle tables for maximum productivity. Sheet sizes range from 9.8' X 5' (3000 X 1500 mm). With our fiber laser, you can effortlessly cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper. Fiber lasers are available from 2 kW to 4 kW, depending on your requirements.
Our design employs a combination of dual drive Sanyo Denki servo motors and servo amps, Hiwin linear guiderails, and Wittenstein helical rack and pinion to ensure accuracy. With a maximum speed of 459' (140m)/min at 1.2 G of acceleration, this system will make short work of any feature intense part you need to cut.
A pattented shuttle table design achieves an industy leading exchange time, ultimately increasing machine efficiency and reducing labor. The system utilizes Omron HMI trouch screen controls and is remote access capable.
Innovative nesting software is integrated into the controls to maximize efficiency and minimize material waste.
