PS-3015 Sheet Cutting Platform

This system is fully enclosable and configured with two shuttle tables for maximum productivity. Sheet sizes range from 120" x 60" (3000 x 1500 mm). With our fiber laser, you can effortlessly cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper. Fiber lasers are available from 2000 W to 6000 W, depending on your requirements.

Our design employs a combination of dual drive Sanyo Denki servo motors and servo amps, Hiwin linear guiderails, and Wittenstein helical rack and pinion to ensure accuracy. With a maximum speed of 295 ft. / min (90 m / min) at 1.5 G of acceleration, this system will make short work of any feature intense part.

A patented shuttle table design achieves an industry leading exchange time, ultimately increasing machine efficiency and reducing labor. The system utilizes Omron HMI touch screen controls and is remote access capable.

Innovative nesting software is integrated into the controls to maximize efficiency and minimize material waste.
