







Tim joined Preco in 1991 as Vice President of Finance and General Counsel and subsequently became President in 2006 and CEO in 2016. He has over 35 years of experience in a variety of industries, starting his career with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering; Tim worked in the defense (Allied Signal) and communications industries (Sprint). He also earned an MBA-Finance during this period of time. Subsequently he received a JD-Business Law is a licensed patent attorney and worked at the Shughart Law Firm.
Randy is responsible for Preco operations worldwide, he started with Preco Inc. in 1997 as the Director of Operations at the Lenexa, Kansas location (primarily die cutting). He has been active in the Laser side of the business since the acquisition of LMI (Laser Machining Inc.) in 2002 and is currently based out of the Somerset, Wisconsin (laser manufacturing and contract services) location. Prior to joining Preco, he was the President/General Manager of Sequel Corp. the automotive division of SRC (Springfield Remanufacturing Corp) in Missouri. Prior experience also includes employment at Kraft foods and a 2 year COOP with General Motors while attending college. He has a B.S. in Industrial Management from Missouri State University, and an MBA from Baker University.
Kurt is responsible for Preco’s laser converting equipment sales. He began his career in 1980 in contract manufacturing services and has over 35 years in the laser processing industry. Kurt was instrumental for the business and technical development of laser scoring for easy open, the first laser processing application within the flexible packaging market.
Chris is responsible for die cutting sales and marketing. He has been with Preco since 1997 and has over 35 years of contributing to the converting industry, in areas of flatbed and rotary die cutting and industrial screen printing. He holds a liberal arts degree in Chemistry with a Language Arts minor.
Mark has more than 20 years in engineering, operations, and business development experience at Preco. He championed embedding data acquisition systems to the company’s process capabilities and analysis in the earliest days of micro-perforation. As the Director of Applications Engineering and Contract Manufacturing Sales, he continues to drive new technologies and business opportunities. Mark has degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Salvatore, an experienced multilingual European Director with more than 20 years commercial international experience within industrial, electronics, packaging and banking services. Salvatore joined the Preco staff in 2015 and is responsible for sales activities in Europe, Eastern Asia and Russia.
Jodi is accountable for the Preco quality programs at all facilities. Hired in 2006, she brings over 25 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering and leadership teams serving the medical, automotive, food, military/aerospace, consumer electronics, and heavy equipment markets. Jodi is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in Industrial Technology with concentrations in Quality Technology and Robotics and a M.S. degree in Management Technology with concentrations in Manufacturing Engineering and Applied Mathematics. She is an FDA certified Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PQCI) and has extensive industry experience developing and deploying Quality Management Systems.
Randall is the management representative for the Quality Management System, (ISO 9001:2015), at the Somerset, WI facility. He has over thirty years of experience in manufacturing processes including automotive components, watering and gardening components, and food and confectionary packaging machines. His past experience also includes continuous improvement, program management, and health, safety, and environmental coordination as management representative. He has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA.
